Different from 1P!United States, 2P!United States has his skin more tanner and has his hair more redder. If 1P!United States wears glasses, 2P!United States wears sunglasses. 2P!United States, instead of baby-blue-colored eyes, has his eye colored crimson. Sometimes he placed them on his head and most of the time he used it. His bomber jacket is more browner and is mostly seen carrying a bloody nailed-bat.

Unlike 1P!United States who keeps bragging himself as the hero, 2P!United States has no desire in doing so. 2P!United States is a total jerk, a gangster and he knows it. He is super brutal and is short-tempered. However, 2P!United States, besides of those straits, is a flirt. He likes toying with women and when he's gone bored on of them, he finishes them off with his bat. 2P!United States usually has a smirk, a sinister smirk or a scowl. 1P!United States and 2P!United States has a similarity where the point of them are being rude. 1P!United States doesn't mean to be as offensive and in all honesty doesn't do it for the sole purpose of insulting people. 2P!United States on the other hand likes to hurt people and is as rude as possible for the sake of being rude. 1P!United States is naturally cheery and 2P!United States gets pleasure from other people's pain, so both smile a lot. 2P!United States uses his strength to murder a person and would kill anything to get what he wants. 2P!United States adores his 2P!Family(2P!Fem!United States, 2P!Canada, 2P!Fem!Canada and 2P!States) though he doesn't show it directly.
